No game over here: would you like me to sweep away the incorrect tiles so you can carry on?
It's a stitch-by-numbers puzzle. Every number tells you how many of the nine tiles around it are light. Left-click a tile to make it light, right-click for dark.
Count the neighbours. This 5 means five of its 3×3 block are light: the five pale tiles, itself included.
0 means every tile around it is dark. 9 means every tile is light. These are your easiest footholds.
Thick gold borders split the canvas into maps. A clue only ever counts tiles inside its own map, never across a border.
Gold plots are sudoku: type a digit so each row, column and shape has every number once. Teal patches are picross: hover to see run-clues (lengths of light runs).
Numbers fade once satisfied and turn red if contradicted. Place every tile, light and dark, and the hidden painting is revealed. Stuck? Press H for a hint. Guessing is never needed.
On Hard and up you'll meet spots where no single clue alone fixes a tile. Compare two adjacent clues instead, especially ones 3 apart in value.
■ forced dark · ■ forced light · the four middle tiles are shared by both clues
The 6 and 3 overlap on the middle tiles. The 6 needs three more lights than the 3, and there are exactly three tiles only the 6 can see, so those must all be light, and the three only the 3 sees must all be dark. Forced, never a guess. Counting takes over again from there.
If in doubt, use a hint (H). Guessing is never required.
Gold-bordered plots on the canvas are sudoku: fill every empty cell with a number so nothing repeats.
Every row and every column must contain each number exactly once — no repeats, no gaps.
The plot is also carved into smaller shapes (shaded here) — not always square. Each shape follows the same rule: every number appears once inside it too.
Click a cell, then type a digit to fill it (Backspace or 0 clears it); arrow keys move between cells. Every placement follows from the rule above — no guessing needed.
Teal patches on the canvas are picross (nonogram): fill cells so each row and column matches its clue, and a hidden picture emerges.
Each clue lists run lengths — groups of consecutive filled cells — in order along that line, with at least one empty cell between groups. A clue of 3 means three filled cells in a row somewhere on that line; 1 1 means two separate single cells. Hover a patch in-game to see its clues, and cross-check rows against columns until every cell is certain — no guessing needed.

The canvas is complete: 7,680 stitches, every one in its place.

“This region” is the one you last stitched or typed on, solved together with any sudoku or picross it touches. The whole canvas solves region by region, skipping anything already done. The 🐞 option solves that same region but stops one square short in each puzzle, handy for testing the final-move completion.
Recolours the whole game from one hue: chrome, region tints and clue ink. Gold sudoku, teal picross and error red stay where they are.
New canvases start at this tier. You can still change it any time from the toolbar, your stitches always survive.
No controller detected. Connect one and press any button.
Move the cursor with the left stick / d-pad · pan with the right stick · in menus, stitch confirms and mark cancels.

Enter your friend's code: you'll play on their board; your own progress here comes back when you disconnect
This keeps the painting, its regions and its plots exactly as they are, and weaves a completely new puzzle across them: new solution, new clues, new sudoku and picross.
Your progress on the original is kept separately and waiting whenever you come back to it. A new weave has to be built from scratch, so expect the long loading screen. This is the one board that isn't shipped ready-made.
This clears all of your stitches and digits and starts the canvas over.
Save your progress as a code or file so you can back it up or move it to another device. You can also share it with a friend to hand them your board, but importing it replaces whatever progress they had on this map.
